Where can I view clothing sizes & colour information? Press the link in product description "view colour & size info here" or "view size chart here" buttons. This will open in a new window, please enable pop ups allowed on your browzer. Also added in 'more information'.

Are the products on this website new and in stock? Absolutely! we carry all new stock only, sourced direct from our reputable suppliers and manufacturers. However our stock is limited, we will notify you via email if any item cannot be dispatched for any reason within 7 days and give you the option to backorder item (backorders may take up to 3 weeks for delivery).

Why when I want to add product to cart is "out of stock" displayed then? The "out of stock" is displayed when we have either sold out of that particular product and/or we are sourcing products from suppliers (local & overseas) and awaiting arrival, do check back often as product updates information is usually written in the product description. Out of stock products are still displayed as we like to inform you they are definatly "coming soon".

How is the product packaged? Because we usually buy in bulk, some products do not come/supplied with their normal retail packaging & arrive loose packaged to us, we will then either bag seal the product or label seal, this is done for customer delivery security reasons & to prevent product tampering. Its also piece of mind that every product we sell is viewed throughly by us prior to dispatch.

Paypal, is this a safe & secure way of paying by credit card? Yes, Paypal is SSL certified & is our third party online credit card processing facility, one of the most easiest & convenient form of credit card payment systems available. SSL - Secure Sockets Layer, is the standard security technology for creating an encrypted link between Paypal web server and your browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Paypal web server and your browser remain private and integral. SSL is an industry standard and is used in the protection of your online transactions and create secure links to protect your transactions, passwords, personal details, etc. You can tell your page is secure by the lock icon displayed in your bottom browser tray, double click to view certificate info. PayPal is committed to protecting the privacy of their users. When you send money using PayPal, we never learn your bank account or credit card numbers. We only see your email address, date of sign-up, and whether you have completed PayPal's Verification process. What happens if I don't have a credit card or cheque? This cart is designed for credit card & cheque/money orders only, as most sites are, but we fully understand not everyone has a credit card or cheque book and we have intergrated our bank deposit details with money orders, so if you prefer to pay by bank deposit please use the "cheque/money order" button on payment method option. You will then be emailed your online final invoice order, stating our bank details. Please remember to include your order number as reference when making bank payments, failure to add your order number to your bank reference payment, will result in delays. OR Simply "Contact us" via email for direct purchase.
